Creator Program Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and the MindAura Labs entity that publishes each app ("we"). By joining you accept them. We record the version you accepted and when.

1. The program

• You receive a creator code and links for eligible apps. The relationship is non-exclusive: you may promote other products.
• You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner.

2. What you earn

• You earn a commission on the net revenue from paid, non-refunded purchases by users attributed to your code. Net revenue is the price paid after store fees and taxes as reported by the app stores.
• The rate is 30% of net revenue, 40% once 50 of your referred users have paid, and 50% once 200 have paid, counted across all apps. A new rate applies to purchases made after you reach the threshold.
• Each referred user earns you commission for 12 months from their first paid purchase.
• Installs, sign-ups, free trials, test purchases, Family Sharing purchases and purchases by your own accounts earn nothing.
• A user is attributed to your code when they install through your link or enter your code before their first purchase. A code can't be added or changed after that purchase.

3. Hold, refunds and payment

• Each commission is held for 30 days. A refund during or after the hold is deducted from your balance.
• On the 10th of each month we pay commissions that cleared in the previous month, if your balance with that paying entity is at least ₹1,000. Smaller balances roll over.
• Apps may be published by different entities. Each entity pays the commissions for its own apps.
• You must provide a valid PAN and payout details. We deduct tax at source as required by law and issue TDS certificates. If you're registered for GST, you may upload a GST invoice against each statement.
• We approve every creator's first payout manually and may hold a payout while we review unusual activity.

4. Your obligations

• Clearly disclose every promotion as paid, at the start of the post, following the ASCI influencer guidelines and the Department of Consumer Affairs endorsement guidelines. Use labels such as #ad, #collab or #sponsored.
• Only promote apps you have used, and describe them honestly.
• Make no medical, health or guaranteed-result claims, for example about curing conditions, fertility, or specific weight loss.
• Don't use your own code, create or buy accounts, offer cash-back or rewards for using your code, post your code on coupon or deal sites, bid on our brand names in ads, or impersonate MindAura.
• When promoting apps used by school students, speak to parents or to students aged 13 and over. Don't ask children to make purchases.

5. Fraud and suspension

• If we find a breach of these terms, we may suspend your code, void unpaid commissions linked to it, or end the agreement.
• A suspended code stops new attributions. Existing attributions keep earning unless you are removed for fraud.

6. Creator Premium

You may link your own app accounts to receive Premium free while you are in the program. Linked accounts can't use your code. Free Premium may have tax consequences for you.

7. Codes and brand

• Codes remain ours. We may refuse or reassign a code that uses someone else's name or handle.
• You may use our app names, icons and screenshots from the share kit only to promote the apps.

8. Ending the agreement

Either side can end this agreement with 30 days' written notice, including by email. Commissions for purchases made before the end date are paid on the normal schedule.

9. Privacy

We process your details to run the program and meet tax obligations, as described in our privacy policy. You will never receive personal data about users who use your code.

10. Changes and law

We may change these terms with notice in the portal. You'll be asked to accept the new version before claiming more codes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
